How to Make an Appointment
We provide three easy ways to make a new or follow-up appointment.
- Complete the Appointment Request Form on the right anytime or email us at [email protected]. Someone will get back to you within one business day. Please add the easiest way to contact you in the message section and a little information regarding your medical or cosmetic needs.
- You can call our office at 214-480-4932. You may be directed to voicemail during high call volume times. However, someone will call or email you back within one business day.
- All of our physicians participate in Healow, an online booking service. Through Healow, appointments are immediately available, sometimes within 24 hours.
*Please note patients are required to notify the office by phone at least 48 business hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Dr. Melissa Costner, Dr. Lauren Dickson, Dr. Sonya Jagwani, Dr. Erica Muller, and Dr. Melissa Rubenstein, our board certified dermatologists, are all accepting new patients and have immediate availability. They participate in all major managed care contracts and accept and welcome Medicare patients. Please call to verify coverage or if you have questions about payment options.

To ensure the most thorough and accurate skin examination, it's best to arrive with clean skin—avoid applying skincare products such as makeup, lotions, or sunscreen on the day of your visit. This allows the dermatologist to observe your skin without any barriers. Be sure to inform your doctor of any known allergies or current medications, as this information can be important when discussing treatment options.
Additionally, if your appointment requires a referral from another provider or your insurance plan mandates one, be sure to bring all necessary documentation with you to help avoid delays in your care.
