Dr. Lauren Dickson is a board-certified Dermatologist who graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas where she was elected to the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Presbyterian Hospital and Dermatology residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas where she served as chief resident. She is an invited assistant clinical professor at Baylor University Medical Center where she trains Dermatology residents in cosmetic dermatology.

Originally from Dallas, Dr. Dickson spent her childhood years in Singapore, where she cultivated a fondness for both domestic and international travel and immersing herself into diverse cultures. In addition to being a yoga teacher in the Dallas community, she practices yoga daily because she finds that it inspires her to bring positive energy and her best self to work each day for the benefit of her patients. In her free time, she also enjoys traveling, photography, learning French, and spending time with friends and family.

She is THE best!!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Dickson, medically or aesthetically speaking. She listens to your concerns, will do what you want, but will also not do what she thinks won’t look good. I leave her office feeling confident every time. In terms of medicine, she is the best. She spotted my melanoma, took it off and then had me come in for the surgery, all within 3 days. Dr. Dickson is a blessing as a doctor
Dr. Dickson is the best dermatologist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. The first time I saw her was for simple Botox, but she asked that we do a mole check. While doing a check, she found one that she was bothered by. She insisted on doing a biopsy, and it turned out to be melanoma in situ. She called me personally to tell me the results, and she followed up with each follow up check and scheduled my surgery for removal, holding my hand in a sense the entire way. That was four years ago, and to be clear, none of my other dermatologists had ever been bothered by that mole. I’d had it for years, and she was the first one to show true concern, even though I was just there for botox. She saved my life, possibly.
I still see her consistently for mole checks, AND botox (she’s the best!). I have never left unhappy or disappointed with her ability or her staff’s. The office is clean and lovely, easy to park and they are very quick with scheduling. Also, I’ve never waited for any length of time in the waiting room.

She Was Very Careful & Deliberate
Dr. Dickson and Claudia were great! Answered all my questions gave me ample opportunity to ask more if I had any. They were also very flexible didn’t push any treatments on me and to be honest everything seemed reasonably priced. One other thing I appreciated was respecting that i only wanted the minimum required and barely perceptible changes. She was very careful and deliberate and that’s very appreciated. Dr. Dickson is top in her field for good reason, she is an incredible dermatologist. After only three weeks of treatment, I saw a 95% improvement in my psoriasis.
